      • Unlimited Help Desk Services on “system as deployed”, when submitted through Help Desk
      • Prioritized Service Tickets (where possible, initial contact for clients’ Help Desk tickets will be prioritized over other existing, non-business critical tickets)​
      • Up to 8 business hour response time​
  • Oasis Platinum (Starting at $500 per month) includes everything in Oasis Gold, and:
      • Up to 4 business hour response time
      • Training: Oasis will provide up to 6 hours of training per year
      • Yearly Account Review
      • Third Party Project Assistance on calls, etc.
  • Oasis Elite (Custom Pricing) includes everything in Oasis Platinum, and:
          • Our FASTEST response time: 2 hours or less
          • Training: Oasis will provide up to 12 hours of training per year
          • Basic Solution Design 
          • Basic Reports/Saved Searches 
          • CSV Import Support
          • Dedicated Project management
          • User Interface (UI) Form Changes
