  • Oasis Essentials (Starting at $300 per month) includes:
      • Up to 8 business hour response time​
      • Unlimited Help Desk Services on “system as deployed”, when submitted through Help Desk
      • Prioritized Service Tickets (where possible, initial contact for clients’ Help Desk tickets will be prioritized over other existing, non-business critical tickets)​
      • Prepaid Service Hours 10% discount minimum of 25 hours
  • Oasis Advanced (Starting at $500 per month) includes everything in Oasis Essentials, and:
      • Up to 4 business hour response time
      • Execution Hours: (every 6 months) To be utilized for anything outside of Help Desk Services *except custom development
          • Example: Training, Solution Design, Third Party assistance, Report or Saved Search creation, Form Modifications…
      • Yearly Account Review

  • Oasis Complete (Custom Pricing) includes everything in Oasis Advanced, and:
          • Our FASTEST response time: 2 hours or less
          • Execution Hours: (every 6 months) To be utilized for anything outside of Help Desk Services *except custom development
              • Example: Training, Solution Design, Third Party assistance, Report or Saved Search creation, Form Modifications…
          • Bi-Annual Account Review
          • Optimization Project
