- Oasis Gold (Starting at $300 per month) includes:
- Unlimited Help Desk Services on “system as deployed”, when submitted through Help Desk
- Prioritized Service Tickets (where possible, initial contact for clients’ Help Desk tickets will be prioritized over other existing, non-business critical tickets)
- Up to 8 business hour response time
- Oasis Platinum (Starting at $500 per month) includes everything in Oasis Gold, and:
- Up to 4 business hour response time
- Training: Oasis will provide up to 6 hours of training per year
- Yearly Account Review
- Third Party Project Assistance on calls, etc.
- Oasis Elite (Custom Pricing) includes everything in Oasis Platinum, and:
- Our FASTEST response time: 2 hours or less
- Training: Oasis will provide up to 12 hours of training per year
- Basic Solution Design
- Basic Reports/Saved Searches
- CSV Import Support
- Dedicated Project management
- User Interface (UI) Form Changes
