- Oasis Essentials (Starting at $300 per month) includes:

- Up to 8 business hour response time
- Unlimited Help Desk Services on “system as deployed”, when submitted through Help Desk
- Prioritized Service Tickets (where possible, initial contact for clients’ Help Desk tickets will be prioritized over other existing, non-business critical tickets)
- Prepaid Service Hours 10% discount minimum of 25 hours

- Oasis Advanced (Starting at $500 per month) includes everything in Oasis Essentials, and:

- Up to 4 business hour response time
- Execution Hours: (every 6 months) To be utilized for anything outside of Help Desk Services *except custom development

- Example: Training, Solution Design, Third Party assistance, Report or Saved Search creation, Form Modifications…

- Yearly Account Review

- Oasis Complete (Custom Pricing) includes everything in Oasis Advanced, and:
